Payment Data & PKR Transactions
Because all PKWin transactions are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), the payment data we handle is Pakistan-specific. This means your Easypaisa mobile wallet number, JazzCash account number, NayaPay or SadaPay details, IBFT-linked bank account information, or Visa/Mastercard card details.
PKWin handles payment data with a higher level of protection than general account data. The specific measures applied to financial data include:
- Payment data is encrypted in transit using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
- Full card numbers are never stored on PKWin's servers. Card transactions are processed by certified payment processors and only a tokenised reference is retained.
- Mobile wallet numbers are stored in encrypted form and are never displayed in full on any PKWin interface after initial entry.
- Your transaction history in PKR is maintained securely and is accessible only by you (via your account) and by authorised PKWin staff with legitimate operational reasons.
- PKWin does not share payment data with third parties other than the payment processors required to execute your transactions.
⚠️ PKWin will never ask you to share your Easypaisa or JazzCash PIN, your bank internet banking password, or your card CVV via any communication channel. If you receive such a request purportedly from PKWin, it is fraudulent – report it immediately to support@pkwin.world.
All PKR transaction records are maintained for a minimum of five years from the date of the transaction as required by applicable financial compliance regulations. This data is used solely for compliance purposes and is not shared beyond what is legally required.
Data Sharing
PKWin does not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing agencies. The only circumstances under which your data may be shared with external parties are:
- Payment processors: Sharing the minimum data required to process your PKR deposit or withdrawal with your chosen payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, etc.).

Minors and Data Protection
PKWin is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect or process personal data belonging to individuals under 18 years of age. PKWin's registration process includes age verification steps designed to identify and block underage users.
If PKWin discovers at any point that an account has been registered by a person under 18, the account will be immediately suspended, all activity will be voided, all funds will be returned to the originating payment method, and all personal data associated with the account will be deleted as promptly as possible subject to any legal hold obligations.
