PKWin Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of PKWin, accessible at pkwin.world, and all services, games, sports betting markets, bonuses, and promotions offered through the platform. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any part of the PKWin platform, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

PKWin reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility as a PKWin member to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of PKWin regardless of location, though the platform is specifically designed for players based in Pakistan. All monetary references in these Terms are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

To create and operate an account at PKWin you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during the operation of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. PKWin strictly prohibits access by minors. Creating an account on behalf of a person under 18, or allowing a person under 18 to use your account, is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate accounts, bot-operated accounts, or accounts representing non-human entities are not permitted.
• You must have the legal capacity under applicable law to enter into binding agreements.
• You must not be acting as an agent for any third party when using PKWin.
• You must not have previously had an account at PKWin that was closed for a Terms violation.

PKWin performs age verification checks as part of its responsible gaming commitment. If there is any reasonable suspicion that a user may be under 18, the account will be suspended and all activity frozen pending verification. PKWin takes underage gambling prevention seriously and will cooperate fully with any regulatory inquiry in this area.

Each eligible individual is permitted to hold one account only at PKWin. Opening multiple accounts – whether under different names, mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. PKWin uses technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are found, all associated accounts will be closed and any funds within them forfeited.

When registering your PKWin account you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and current information including your full legal name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. You must keep this information current and update it promptly if it changes. PKWin cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

• Your PKWin account password is your responsibility. Choose a strong password and do not share it with anyone.
• PKWin will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or phone call. If you receive such a request, report it to our support team immediately.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact PKWin support immediately and change your password.

PKWin reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account approval is at the sole discretion of PKWin.

PKWin processes all transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is required or applied to any deposit or withdrawal. Accepted payment methods include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

All funds deposited to PKWin must belong to the account holder. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts not registered in your name, is prohibited. PKWin will reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder's own payment account.

PKWin reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit before crediting funds to your account. This is part of our anti-money laundering compliance procedures. Where documentation is requested and not provided within five business days, the deposit will be returned to its originating payment method minus any applicable third-party processing costs.

Withdrawal requests at PKWin are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy exists as a standard anti-money laundering measure. If your original deposit method cannot receive funds, you will be asked to provide an alternative verified method in your name.

The minimum withdrawal amount at PKWin is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit, though large withdrawals may require additional identity verification. PKWin charges no withdrawal fees on any supported method.

• Mobile wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay): Typically processed within 5 minutes of approval, 24 hours a day.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Processed within 2–4 business hours during banking hours (9 AM–5 PM PKT, Monday–Friday).
• Visa/Mastercard: Processed within 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Real money funds deposited by the player are withdrawable at any time subject to identity verification requirements being satisfied. PKWin will never unreasonably delay or decline a legitimate withdrawal request from a verified player.

All bets placed at PKWin are subject to these general betting rules as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published in the relevant section of the platform. It is your responsibility as a player to be familiar with the applicable rules before placing any bet.

Sports betting at PKWin, including cricket, football, and other markets, is settled based on the official result as determined by the relevant governing body. PKWin uses official sources for result verification and settlement. In the case of disputed results, PKWin reserves the right to delay settlement until the official result is confirmed.

• Bets are binding once confirmed by PKWin's system. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted.
• PKWin reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds (commonly referred to as "palpable errors"). In such cases, the stake will be returned in full.
• Maximum bet limits apply and vary by market. Current limits are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• Bets on postponed matches are voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours of the original scheduled kick-off time.
• In-play bets are accepted at PKWin's discretion. PKWin reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time.
• Live casino and digital game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. PKWin does not intervene in game outcomes.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at PKWin. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Fraud and collusion: Attempting to manipulate game or bet outcomes through collusion with other players, dealers, or PKWin staff.
• Multiple accounts: Operating more than one account, including accounts in the name of a spouse, family member, or any other individual, for the purpose of circumventing rules or claiming bonuses multiple times.
• Chargeback abuse: Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your bank or payment provider after a deposit has been used for betting activity.
• Money laundering: Using PKWin for any money laundering or financial fraud purpose. All suspicious transactions are reported to relevant authorities.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial means to interact with the PKWin platform.
• Exploiting technical errors: Taking advantage of software bugs, system errors, or display malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of technical errors will be voided.
• Abusive behaviour: Threatening, harassing, or abusing PKWin staff or other players through any communication channel.

PKWin invests significantly in fraud detection technology and employs dedicated security analysts. The vast majority of our members play fairly and in accordance with these rules. The above restrictions exist to protect the integrity of the platform for everyone.

PKWin takes responsible gaming seriously and provides a range of tools to help players manage their betting activity. These tools are available from within your account settings at any time and include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session time limits: Receive automatic warnings after a defined session duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for periods ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that gambling is negatively impacting your life.

PKWin is committed to keeping its platform free of underage gambling. We conduct age verification checks and will suspend any account where we have reason to believe the user may be under 18. We encourage parents and guardians to use appropriate parental controls on devices that may be accessed by minors.

All PKWin customer support staff are trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and to respond appropriately. If you raise a concern about your gambling behaviour with our support team, you will be connected with appropriate resources and your account activity will be reviewed.

All content on the PKWin platform – including but not limited to the PKWin logo, brand name, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, betting interfaces, software, and all other materials – is the exclusive property of PKWin or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the PKWin platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and betting purposes. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any PKWin content without written permission.
• Using PKWin's name, logo, or brand materials in any external communication or marketing without written permission.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract the source code of any PKWin software.
• Creating derivative works based on PKWin content or software.

Any unauthorised use of PKWin's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may be subject to legal action. If you believe that content on PKWin infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@pkwin.world with the relevant details.

PKWin provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we invest significantly in platform reliability, uptime, and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. PKWin's liability to any player is limited to the actual PKR balance held in that player's account at the time of any incident giving rise to a claim.

PKWin shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Losses arising from disruptions to internet connectivity, mobile network outages, or device failures on the player's side.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to follow these Terms or the specific rules of any game or market.
• Any indirect, consequential, or special losses, regardless of their cause.
• Losses arising from the use of incorrect or outdated odds information displayed during technical errors, provided PKWin voids affected bets and returns stakes.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banks, or mobile wallet operators.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits PKWin's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

PKWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, PKWin will notify registered members via email or via a prominent notice on the platform. The effective date of any revision will be clearly stated at the top of this page.

If you continue to use PKWin after any revision to these Terms, you are considered to have accepted the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using PKWin immediately and contact our support team to close your account and withdraw your available balance.
